Is Hasher published somewhere? #1

This is more a question than an issue. Is the library published somewhere? i.e. can I use sbt to register it?
If not, what way do you recommend to add it as a project dependency?

Thanks for the interest! This lead to a flurry of commits, so I think creating an issue is fair. I went ahead and added instructions to the readme about this, but let me know if you have more questions.

Note that I wound up changing the package namespace over last few hours, which then lead me to bumping the version number. Again, this is all reflected in the readme. I had been intending to do it for a few days, but since someone is showing interest, I thought it would be a good idea to take care of it.

One last thing: This is a very fresh project. I've been using it for a personal project without any problems, but let me know if you have any issues
