## Ingredients
- 1 kg Chuck (Swedish: Högrev)
- 1,5 dl whisky
- 2,5 dl water
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon chiliflakes. 

## Procedure
pre-heat oven to 125 degrees C
But meat in tight and narrow oven-pan
mix spices and liquids, por over meat. If possible, meat should be submerged. 
Boil in oven for 4-5 houors. Turn meat occasionally. 
Take out pan, sieve out the sauce. Let the sauce boil on stove until it reaches a syrup-like consistency. 
Cut meat into portion sizes. 
Put on bbq, and swab on the sauce.
