I'm looking how to import CSV bank statements with 13.0. So it looks like I would need to port account_bank_statement_import_txt_xlsx ?

Ok guys, I upgraded following the OCA instructions. It works (I get the movement). Only the starting balance and the ending balance do not update. So I'll open an issue on that.
