use xml data instead of post-init hook to initialize company data.
refactor subscription.request.validate_subscription_request() by moving parts to new methods.
* move cooperative membership properties from res.partner to new cooperative.membership model. * add company-dependent computed fields on res.partner for backward compatibility.

this is part of the current effort aiming to make
cooperatormulti-company compatible.this branch is currently based on top of #77, because it depends on those changes. only the last 2 commits are only part of this branch.
the merge conflict is only because the version in
cooperator/__manifest__.pychanged in the meantime in the14.0branch.@enricostano @DaniilDigtyar
