This module allow user to create Withholding Tax Certificate from any payment or journal entry document that contain accounting entry on withholding tax.
Table of contents
Setup account related to withholding tax will help set default tax amount when create certificate from payment.
- Open chart of account window, and search for withholding tax related account
- Check "WT Account"
From supplier payment or journal entry that has already withheld tax,
- Click action Create Withholding Tax Cert., this bring user to new Withholding Tax Certificate
- Fill in required information for Withholding Tax Certificate
- User can also print out Withholding Tax Cert. as PDF
All Withholding Tax Certs will be accessible from menu Invoicing > Vendor > WT Certificates
Note: User can create multiple withholding tax certificates at the same time.
