You can have a look here : OCA/stock-logistics-workflow#800
The problem happens when you have a stock of product without lot but manage lot tracability for this product, which is a case that may happen in Odoo.
The linked PR should solve this.

It solves the problem, but there is another one now.
This PR aims to fix it #1478
