logging json #2157

Hi,

I see there's a https://github.com/OCA/server-tools/tree/8.0/logging_json for the 8.0 branch, I am also aware of https://github.com/camptocamp/odoo-cloud-platform/tree/13.0/logging_json

We run Odoo on gcp and the later does not format the priority properly.

Would it be suitable to create a new logging_gcp or logging_json that would take an optional format for fluentd or gcp

We've built a simple module that works fine:

Happy to migrate it to server-tools if anybody is interetest
