Low quality of CR instance in the latest OHIFViewer version

Hello,

I downloaded the latest version of OHIFViewer and run it as specified here. However, I have a CR that has low quality:

I was using a previous version of OHIFViewer (api version 1.4, from Nov. 2017) and the image is displayed just fine. Maybe something got broken in the latest version?

I'm attaching the anonymized DICOM.

Hi all,
It seems to be an issue with cornerstoneWADOImageLoader. I opened the DICOM in the online example and this is the result:

I tried the same example with an older version of cornerstoneWADOImageLoader I and the image displayed just fine.

As a workaround in OHIF, I replaced the new version of cornerstoneWADOImageLoader from Viewers/Packages/ohif-cornerstone/public/js/ with the older version and ran OHIFViewer. The image displayed just fine!
