为啥我点这个 link 被 redirect 到了 https://oi-wiki.org:446/dp/opt/state/ /jk （直接输网址是好的）

这是个 chrome 的 bug，firefox 和 wget 都不受影响。貌似现在只能等待奇怪的缓存消失。不过好消息是一般 url 会自带一个末尾的 /
