MPLAB C 32 version 1.11b (will not compile on 2.0 and later versions!)
MPLAB-X 1.10
install this to your disk then launch MPLAB-X and Open Project pointing to Maximite-Olimex.X folder (which is actually with project info)
then build the project and use the generated Maximite-Olimex.X.production.hex
