El q-card tiene un background rectangular con border-radius: 4px que genera un rectángulo casi imperceptible

Es más notorio si al rectángulo principal le pones un color amarillo y al q-card uno rojo

Si se mira con atención, se puede ver el rectángulo

  • Quita el background al q-card

Había que eliminar el background, no el q-card. Pero tu solución está bien, veamos cómo salen las cosas
