Activejobs extended panels

The activejobs extended panel in the merged activejob isn't quite what it was before.

I'll need to update this ticket on configs to get this to test. You can point to the open berkley installation, I just need to dig up that config.

They're for running jobs. Activejobs doesn't have completed jobs, or at least won't have them for a very long time.
