enable the ability to track and visualize jobs

Once we have #2576 the next logical step is to then track and visualize these jobs.

By tracking I mean tracking the state from queued -> running -> completed and by visualizing I mean actually showing those states in projects#show. I'm not sure what the best visualization would be, but I'm quite sure whatever's done in this ticket is bound to be changed and optimized, so we can defer what would be 'the best look and feel for this' for later.
