Add in the Github Ranker repo.

The page contains a tab that says "Github Ranker", that is supposed to eventually represent the stuff that we get from the https://github.com/OSDG-IIITH/contributors repo.
We need to figure out a way to link these and how we're going to deploy them, I think adding the other repo in as a submodule is a good idea.
