About
The new way to create a new database (grass 7.9dev) through the new menu in the data tab or the context menu when left-clicking on a database in the data tab.

Issue / suggestion
The new approach is convenient, but not completely intuitive. Initially I thought the button Add new grass database button would be to create a new database, and I was looking where to open an existing one.

Describe the solution you'd like
Change the wording of the tooltip of the button Add new grass database to "Add existing or create new database"
