Running developer install on Debian (fedora 27): looks like there is an assumption about where bash exists hard coded.
Successfully installed ghdata-0.4.1 "" pip3 install --upgrade . /bin/bash: : command not found make: *** [Makefile:43: install-dev] Error 127
