Same issue, I have took the repository name. Will try to figure out how to make .deb files.

iGoat cydia repo seems empty. Fix it at https://swiftigoat.yourepo.com/

When I add this source into my Cydia/APT URL I get this error message on the phone.

Did not Find Repository
The indicated repository could not be found. This could be because you are trying to add a legacy Installer repository (these are not supported).
Also, this interface is only capable of working with exact repository URLs.

Is this tutorial retired? @swaroopsy
