--Install the Grid Infrastructure
--Make sure both virtual machines are started.
--Perform the following on the first node as the "oracle" user.
$ cd /u01/app/12.2.0.1/grid
$ unzip -q /media/linuxx64_12201_grid_home.zip
--Install cvuqdisk package from the Oracle grid/rpm directory as "root" user
--From rac1.
$ su root
$ cd /u01/app/12.2.0.1/grid/cv/rpm
$ rpm -Uvh cvuqdisk*
$ scp ./cvuqdisk* root@rac2:/tmp
--From rac2.
$ su root
$ rpm -Uvh /tmp/cvuqdisk*
--Configure the Grid Infrastructure as the oracle user
$ cd /u01/app/12.2.0.1/grid
$ ./gridSetup.sh
Configure Oracle Grid Infrastructure for a New Cluster
Configure an Oracle Standalone Cluster
Cluster Name: rac-cluster
SCAN Name: rac-scan.localdomain
Click Add
Public Hostname: rac2.localdomain
Virtual Hostname: rac2-vip.localdomain
Click the "SSH Connectivity..." button and enter the password for the "oracle" user.
Click the "Setup" button to configure SSH connectivity, and the "Test" button to test it once it is complete.
Specify Network Interface Usage screen check the Public and Private networks are specified correctly.
Configure ASM using block devices
No
Redundancy: External
Click the Change Discovery Path
/dev/oracleasm/disks
Uncheck Configure Oracle ASM Filter Driver
Use the same passwords for this accounts
Specify password
Do not use IPMI
Do not register EM
Set the groups to "dba"
Oracle base: /u01/app/oracle
Accept the default inventory directory
Select "Automatically run configuration scripts" and check "Use root option", then type password
If you have any issues use the "Fix & Check Again" button
Then check "Ignore All"
Install
Close
$ . grid_env
$ crsctl stat res -t
