Refine application documentation

The only piece of documentation available for baraza is APPLICATIONFLOW.md which describes the flow of the application.
I think this might not be sufficient, though. This needs to be edited for better clarity, or re-organized.

Task: Refine application documentation.
Deliverables: Edited and better-formatted documentation outlining application flow, requirements and any other information necessary for application development. Can be one or several documents.
