There is no obstoanki_setup.py in the releases page

Supposedly, in order to install this script, I need to download the obstoanki_setup.py file that should be in the releases page. There is no such file there. Am I missing something? Am I blind?

For me, I cannot find the obsidian_to_Anki under the community plugins so I cannot assess the setting, is this your case? I just restarted my Obsidian and it appears.
