Bad backend UI performance since 3.8.2

Since 3.8.2 backend interface got much slower, gets really slow after some time (on Firefox, seems ok on crome)

Also up-down buttons move field to the first place instead of one up (all browsers)

Hi Klas,
If it was okay on 3.8.1 and slower on 3.8.2 I may know why... and I'll have a look before 3.8.3
If it's about 3.8.x vs 3.7.x... yes it is slower on Safari and this won't change in 3.8.3... please use Chrome/Vivaldi/Firefox.
