Octo.exe fails to import/export a project's step channel information #2427

On a project that has steps that reference channels, when running an export/import of a project using Octo.exe, the channel information disappears on the imported project.

Eg. Original step with channel associated with it:
original-step-with-channel

Then after importing, the channel information is missing:
imported-step-missing-channel
