PFX bag attributes are not exported

PFX bags can have associated attributes. When importing a PFX file into Octopus, currently exporting the certificate as a PFX does not result in these attributes being included in the exported file.

Specifically this is causing a problem due to the Microsoft CSP Name attribute.
