Reconsider the Show advanced panel behavior post Onboarding

There are several places in the UI where the Show advanced options panels remain collapsed even after the Onboarding UI no longer appears.

This makes it very easy to not be able to find values, and continually causes me to create new projects without setting the Lifecycle to the one I actually need.

These panels should default to expanded once the Onboarding is complete.
