Customer exception:

TypeError: Unable to get property 'forEach' of undefined or null reference 
   at t.prototype.successOrErrorIcon

I can reproduce with insufficient permissions to deploy:

Release Note: Fix for displaying errors correctly, usually seen while trying to deploy and lacking permission or data for deployment process is flawed.
