Add account usage UI to /infrastructure/accounts/[account]

The API endpoint that holds this info already exists: https://deploy.octopushq.com/api/accounts/azureserviceprincipal-dalmiro-s-azure-spa/usages

The idea is to build a UI on top of that to make this info more accesible.
