I have verified the problem exists in the latest version
I have searched open and closed issues to make sure it isn't already reported
I have written a descriptive issue title
I have linked the original source of this report
I have tagged the issue appropriately (area/*, kind/bug, tag/regression?)
The bug
On Octoups Cloud instances, Worker Pools cannot be selected for Kubernetes deployment targets
What I expected to happen
If more than the default Worker Pool exists (i.e. I have a custom one), I should see it provided as an option when creating a new Kubernetes Cluster deployment target:
Steps to reproduce
Provision an Octopus Cloud instance
Create a new Worker Pool
Attempt to create a new Kubernetes Cluster Deployment Target
