Upgrading causes FeedId in Deployment Process JSON to be incorrectly set #6699

#6685 also affected 2020.5. The fix has been shipped in the patch indicated by the milestone. If you are upgrading to 2020.2 from an older version of Octopus, we highly recommend upgrading to a version after this patch release.

Release Note: Fixed an issue where upgrading from an older version of Octopus Server resulted in corrupt FeedId values stored in the database
