Add Channel filter to Insights Report

At the moment Insights Reports can only be filtered by Project and Project Group. The report then uses the default channel from the chosen projects. It ignores other channels as a lot of the time those channels should be ignored (e.g. for different release streams).

In the case of channels being used for the one release stream (e.g. Hotfixes) however, it should be considered.

We should add an additional filter to allow the user to specify specific channels they want to include in the report.
