I could reproduce the problem in the latest build
What happened?
Attempting to deploy a change controller project (ie with Service Now integration enabled) automatically, for example via automatic lifecycle promotion, causes the deployment to fail immediately.
Reproduction
Set up a project with Service Now
Set up a lifecycle with automatic promotions
Create a release of the project, and observe the automatic deployment fail
