Report more machine details - OS, HDD, RAM etc.

We've had requests to remove or tone down the disk space warning generated vial Health Check, and also requests for more info to be reported.

Aggregating this onto a Specs tab on the Machine view, rather than doing it via the Health Check output, makes sense - status info like disk space can then be surfaced via the Environments view if desired, rather than cluttering up task output.
