I could not reproduce the problem

What happened?

Customers are currently running into a bottleneck when configuring Instances (e.g AutoScalingGroups) due to the Calamari Upgrade task not being able to be run in parallel.

Reproduction

Configure multiple instances with multiple Upgrade Calamari tasks
See Calamari Upgrade tasks complete sequentially rather than in parallel
