Project Tenant Variables: Missing value warnings for Common Templates

The Need

The new Project Tenant Variables screen doesn't provide any high-level indicators that tenants are missing variables defined by common templates

• When on the Project Templates tab
• When viewing the Variable Sets sidebar
• When viewing a page of the Common Templates variables table that doesn't contain missing variables

This makes it easy to overlook missing variables required for deployments.

Solution

• Missing variable value warning icons in the Common Templates tab and against variable sets in the sidebar
• Callout above Common Templates filters
