Make it clearer which is current space when the name is truncated

The Enhancement

The Need

Spaces with long names will be truncated in the space switcher. This makes it difficult to tell which is the current space when there are multiple in the system that only differ by the truncated portion of the name.

Solution

A tool-tip will display when hovering over the space switcher which shows the full space name.
