Add logging to the authentication/connection requests from Tentacle to the Octopus Server

The enhancement

As title suggests

The Need

Task logs regarding polling tentacles don't show explicit information on why the tentacle can't connect. This makes it difficult to investigate what is going on with polling tentacles, especially when there are a large number of them. At the moment, the only way to investigate is to go into each individual tentacle log.

Example: When a listening tentacle can't connect - we know the issue :)

Example: When a polling tentacle can't connect - we don't know the issue :(
