Anonymous user can't view the stage for app-anonymous-users sample

When i share the stage it is not visible for the anonymous user. I get the "App sharing in progress - Someone is sharing an app to this meeting (see attached) . This experience isn't supported in the Teams web app" I used the supplied manifest including the supportsAnonymousGuestUsers = true, followed instructions for anonymous users being able to interact with apps in meetings, etc. Any idea what else i could be missing?

@Githamza I grabbed the latest from the samples and tried again today and its the same thing but i wouldn't have expected anything as the code hasn't been updated, at least on the C# side. I did see that it does work in the mobile client as anonymous but I think that has been working for some time. I need it to work on the web like the sample illustrates.

@sayali-MSFT Thank you very much for the repro. This is encouraging. You dont suppose my problem is that i initiated the meeting from the browser and not the Teams client, do you? One thing i noticed is that i did not have to consent to the RSC permission and don't see it granted for that chat in postman - see video at the end. Thanks again.

Nope - wasn't that - still not working on 1.6.00.7068

I wonder what I am doing wrong? I re-checked my Teams admin settings for interacting with app for anonymous users and also allowing RSC for chats

@tinsheep - We are able to repro that issue, we have raised bug for the same and concerned team is looking into it. We will inform you once we get any update.

Something is weird @sayali-MSFT - I tried the same app/build in a new tenant just to see and I saw it work just one time in the exact browser to browser scenario above. I tried again to record this time and I get the message above again. So it seems to be intermittent for me. Thanks again for staying on this. I'll keep trying.

I got this working today - not sure if you want to keep it open or if you still want to try and resolve the web to web issue you were able to repro. Your call - i still think something might not be right but I can't nail it down. Thanks again.

@tinsheep -We got the reply from engineering team that, This is by design. The Teams web accessed by anon user is in Angular Teams. We do not support apps for anon users in angular Teams.

But what do you mean by angular Teams ? It's working on the new Teams buit with react ?
