Unable to open Power BI reports through Accelerator

Hello all,
I'm looking for help resolving Power BI report pages that do not open through my model driven app (Accelerator). I customized the Project Accelerator model driven app and exported it as a managed solution. The Power BI report pages cannot be clicked through the app. The report pages work properly if opened in Power BI service, but not through the app. I'm using Chrome browser and this was working a few weeks ago. I have tried Edge, same result. I also cleared the cache, cookies, still same result.
