EWS execute InboxRules

Hello,
I have an application that creates an inbox rule that moves every incoming email to a certain folder.
When i'm getting a notification about the new email in this folder (with EWS push notification) i want to move the item to the inbox and apply all the other rules in the hierarchy to the message,
Is there a way to execute all the inbox rules programatically?
