After updating the Teams policy the users not able to receive messages from the Company Communicator app. Also many times some users do not have the app installed on their Teams client even after the app is pushed through the teams policy and then they have to relogin to Teams.

Is this a normal behavior that every time the app or policy is updated a user has to sign out and sign in to Teams?

@manish141989 , @jascox19 , @namruthabvk : Please update the Teams app permission policies to allow the app for users which should fix the issue.

Hello @manish141989,
You can surely give it a try as @SubbaReddi suggested else maybe try to re-install it on Teams and check.

Have a look at this issue too: #296.
Thanks.
