After submitting requests the requests appear under the "approve requests" tab, but noting under the "my requests" tab...
it looks like the same error as issue #163, that points to to issue #160, but I dont understand what and where I should do the replace operation if thats the solution.

Hmm, what do you mean with diffrent mail aliases? the users have a numbers of proxy addresses and a primary address. the primary address matches the sip-address, but is diffrent from the UPN.
The exchange attributes are synced to AAD, but the mailboxes are homed on-prem if thats an issue?
