Toggle should fire an event when value has changed

On the implementation of Toggle control:

it should be possible to subscribe to a JavaScript event (change?) for the instance of a control, so that we can be notified when value is being changed.

In this way we can build more complex UI simpler, hiding or showing other controls on page (for instance) when value is changed
