Find a way to use prebuilt Rust libraries #8

The RustBuild project provides prebuilt libraries that can be used on the Raspberry Pi. It would be great to find a good work flow where these can be used instead of having to compile them, oneself.

RustBuild doesn't package rustc for cross compilation, so this is currently not an option.
