As the title says, there's a strange micro-freezing when using vsync with the OpenGL renderer.

Here's my config file:

I can confirm. xOpenGL that is. It has been like this for a long time. My hypothesis is that FrameRateLimit and vSync are biting each other for timings, causing minor stuttering. Solution for me was to finally move from the Win32 to the x64 of Unreal which seems much smoother. If I remember correctly, the first version of Unreal 227k beta ran perfectly smooth on Win32 for me. But according to Smirftsch that one had some major performance issues which have been solved but created this stuttering ever since.

If you can, try the x64 version to see if that one works better for you as well.
