[469d] If cube brush rotated to 45 degrees, collision size of it smaller from when cube brush nor rotated, or rotated on 90 degrees #1501

Reproduce:

  1. Open in editor gap_45.zip

  2. Try add Table deco, by click on wall and press "A".
  3. Start game.

Expected result: Same as for gap_90.zip

  1. Table added on wall, touch this wall.

  2. In game jeep appear near wall, as in editor:

Actual result:

  1. Table added on some distance from wall.

  2. Jeep in game appear on distance from wall.
    img

As addition there can be take Manta vehicle. it too can't get close to the wall. In fact you always can walk between dropped Manat and wall. Which mean it never able crush player if player sit directly to wall. Same for any other vehicle.
