Life's Gift +2 Longsword heals the struck target rather than the wielder. #2

As title suggests. The "Life's Gift +2" (ULSWD3C) will heal the target it strikes rather than healing it's wielder. Checking the sword in NearInfinity shows that the effect 'should' be working correctly, yet it doesn't.

This bug occurred with other mods installed. I've attached the WeiDU log and a save with the erronous weapon below.
