Create separate OmniJ project and JAR.

It's time to factor out core Omni Protocol classes to the OmniJ project.

We are currently doing some refactoring to prepare for this. We can use this issue for tracking the remaining work.

We're making progress on this issue.

We have an OmniJ project created and in commit 0352c4e we have refactored to create a Gradle multi-project build. We've also created a Bintray Maven repo for publishing the JARs.

For ease of development/refactoring, I'd like to keep everything in a single repo for now, but once things stabilize a little and we get JAR publishing to Bintray working, it will be time to move the Omni stuff over to the OmniJ repo.
