bcbookie invalid target order #81

bcbookie is not placing any orders, ive had it running for a couple weeks and 
still not changes. the output from bcbookie is

scanning for active bids by priority
main: warning - ignoring invalid target order:
{}

ive tried deleting databases and nothing seems to help

Can anyone point me in the right direction? this is the last hurdle i have to 
getting this to work.
