FileHandler Custom Actions not grouped in OneDrive

Expected or Desired Behavior

If there are multiple file handlers registered with multiple custom actions, OneDrive should group the actions by file handler in the context menu.

In SharePoint and Teams it works as expected:

Observed Behavior

OneDrive does not group the actions anymore in the context menu. Instead it adds an entry in the context menu for each custom action it finds with the title of the file handler instead of the action name.

Steps to Reproduce

Add/register multiple file handlers with multiple custom actions.
