Control view regressed in v1.0.8b1, can not click 'set zero' or 'home' after playing and stopping gcode.

In 1.0.8b1 if I play gcode (for instance to try something as an 'air carve'), when I stop it fully (not just pause), the controls for setting zero or homing never activate again and I can no longer jog the machine (says 'disconnected'). I can only bring the controls back by estopping which makes me lose xz-zero which is bad.

This worked in 1.0.7.
