Enhancement: Ensure page titles are consistent

Inconsistent Page Titles

I found it inconsistent for the page titles. I'm not sure if this was caused by copy and paste or intentionally.

Example: Page Title for On-Call Duty pages,

• On-Call Policies => On-Call Duty
• On-Call Schedules => On-Call Duty Schedules
• Execution Logs => On-Call Duty (Might be caused by copy & paste)

Different Example for Monitor Pages:

• All Monitors => Monitors
• Inoperational Monitors => Home (Might be caused by copy & paste)
• Disabled Monitors => Home (Might be caused by copy & paste)

These two examples look different as the On-Call Duty are different pages and functionalities unlike Monitor pages, they all are monitor lists but different filters.

1. For the 1st example, the page title should be somehow the same as a side menu title.
2. For the 2nd one, the page title should stay the same because it's a filter rather than a different functionality.
